Instructions for Parents in Setting up an Account
Within the first month of school, you should receive a letter with our electronic grade book information. This number enables you to enter our electronic grade book and view your student's grades and attendance. We encourage you to set up an account as soon as possible. If you did not receive a letter with your Portal ID numbers or have lost it, please contact one of our campus offices:

Each parent letter will contain a Portal ID. You will only need this Portal ID number to initially set up your account. After you get your account set up, you will log in with a username and password that you create during the initial setup.
Click the "New User" link to establish your username and password. The username and password are your own that you create. The school does not create these for you. Your username and password must be 6 to 9 characters in length. In addition, your password must contain 3 of the 4 following requirements: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation.
After you have created your username and password, click "Next". You will be taken to a screen where you will enter the student portal ID number and birth date. After you enter the first portal ID, click "add". That student has been added and the portal ID number is blank. Since you can enter more than one portal ID on your login, repeat this process until you have added all portal IDs for your children. Once that is complete, you have successfully set up your account.
After you finish this initial setup, you will only need to enter your username and password to access your student(s) account.
PLEASE NOTE: If you attempt to access the grade book but are unsuccessful, after three attempts you will be locked out. The portal will reset in 20 minutes and you can log in then.
